Refund Policy

We want every bouquet to bring joy! If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below:

Freshness Guarantee

  • We guarantee our flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If flowers are damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement bouquet or a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Because flowers are perishable, we cannot issue refunds for orders where the delivery details provided were incorrect (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable).

  • We are also unable to refund orders that have been delivered in good condition.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

  • Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled once prepared for delivery.
