We want every bouquet to bring joy! If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below:
Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee our flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition.

If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
Refunds & Replacements

If flowers are damaged or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement bouquet or a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations

Because flowers are perishable, we cannot issue refunds for orders where the delivery details provided were incorrect (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable).

We are also unable to refund orders that have been delivered in good condition.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled once prepared for delivery.
